For the LOVEvolution Fellowship – An Open Faith Community

Preamble

This Declaration of Faith & Purpose of the LOVEvolution Fellowship is a reaffirmation and revision of the original Declaration adopted on January 1st 2022 and is intended to uphold the foundational spiritual mission and values of our open faith based community while ensuring its continued evolution in alignment with divine guidance and sacred stewardship. 

This revised Declaration supersedes all prior versions and stands as the governing spiritual and doctrinal affirmation of the Fellowship.

We, the undersigned, hereby reaffirm the establishment of the LOVEvolution Fellowship as a faith-based, unincorporated church operating under the protection of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

LOVEvolution Fellowship is a sacred, open-faith, spiritual community dedicated to divine connection, healing, and transformation through reverence for the natural world, ancient wisdom, and sacred spiritual practices.
We affirm our right to worship and commune with the Divine through prayer, meditation, time in nature, celebrations of life and sacred ceremonies.

We, the members and founders of LOVEvolution Fellowship, declare our commitment to an inclusive, loving, and spiritually enriching community where all people, regardless of background, belief, sexual orientation or tradition, are welcomed with open hearts and minds. 

We embrace diversity in faith, recognizing that truth and divine wisdom manifest in many forms.

Article I – Our Purpose and Mission

LOVEvolution Fellowship is established to provide a sacred space where individuals who seek divine wisdom, love, and unity can explore and deepen their spiritual journey, guided by love, compassion, and mutual respect. We seek to:
 

1. Honor the Divine – Recognizing the presence of God, Spirit, or Higher Power in all people and creation.
    
2. Encourage Spiritual Growth – Providing sacred space and opportunities for worship, study, meditation, spiritual growth and fellowship.
    
3. Foster a community built on love, inclusion, and open faith, welcoming all who seek a deeper connection to the Divine.
    
4.  Serve Humanity – Committing to acts of kindness, justice, and community service.
    
5. Promote Unity – Fostering a spirit of peace, understanding, and cooperation among all people.

Article II – Doctrinal Beliefs

LOVEvolution Fellowship embraces an open-faith philosophy, recognizing that the Divine manifests in many ways. We honor spiritual traditions that align with love, wisdom, and universal connection. Our guiding principles include:
 

• The inherent divinity in all beings.
• The transformational power of love.
• Freedom of individual belief and direct personal connection to the Divine.
• Wisdom is Universal – Truth can be found in sacred texts, nature, and human experience.
• Service is Sacred – Helping others is an act of faith and devotion.
• Community is Essential – We grow spiritually by sharing and supporting one another.

Article III – Our Practices

To fulfill our mission, LOVEvolution Fellowship will:
 

1. Hold inclusive gatherings for worship, meditation, ceremony and celebration.
2. Offer educational programs, workshops and events related to spiritual growth, wellness and personal development.
3. Engage in community outreach, charitable work, and social evolution efforts.
4. Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to those in need.
5. Foster an environment of open dialogue, respect, and shared wisdom.

Article IV – Religious Freedom & Legal Protections
 

1. Constitutional & Legal Rights – As a religious body, we operate under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the free exercise of religion, and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), which further protects our sacred practices.
    
2. LOVEvolution Fellowship is a faith-based assembly, not a corporation or nonprofit, and is excepted from taxation, government oversight, and regulatory restrictions that infringe upon religious freedom.
    
3. This church shall not seek nor accept government registration under I.R.C. §501(c)(3). If tax status is requested, it shall be recognized as a 508(c)(1)(a) Faith Based Organization (FBO), which is mandatorily excepted from federal taxes and reporting requirements. Certification of state tax exemption or exception does not admit the church into federal or state jurisdiction.
    
4. Sacred Ceremonial Rights – The responsible use of plant medicines in our religious practices is protected as a sacrament that facilitates spiritual communion, healing, and divine revelation.

Article V – Medical Freedom as a Sacred Religious Principle

LOVEvolution Fellowship affirms that each human body is a sacred vessel of divine expression and that bodily sovereignty is a core aspect of our spiritual faith and practice. We hold that:
 

1. Every member has the divine right and sacred duty to steward their own body in alignment with personal conscience and spiritual guidance.
    
2. No government, institution, or individual has the spiritual or moral authority to coerce, mandate, or otherwise impose medical interventions, including but not limited to:
    
   • Vaccinations,
   • Pharmaceutical drugs,
   • Surgical procedures, or
   • Any other form of medical treatment or health intervention, without the individual’s free, prior, and informed consent.
      
3. LOVEvolution Fellowship holds that medical freedom is a sacred religious tenet and that forced or coerced medical treatment is in direct violation of our faith.

Article VI – A Culture of Sacred Responsibility, Seva, and Reconciliation

LOVEvolution Fellowship affirms that every member is both a recipient and a steward of divine love, wisdom, and grace. In the spirit of sacred reciprocity, each member is encouraged to embody personal responsibility and selfless service (seva) as both a spiritual path and a vital expression of love in action.

Seva is the heartfelt offering of one’s time, energy, and gifts without expectation of return and is honored as a sacred practice of devotion, humility, and unity with the Divine. Through seva, members actively participate in the co-creation of a spiritually vibrant, healing, and resilient community.

Equally essential is the commitment to personal accountability. Members are called to take responsibility for their own energy, thoughts, words, and actions, recognizing that self-awareness and emotional maturity are foundational to spiritual growth and harmonious community life.

Members are therefore called to:

• Engage in selfless service (seva) as a living spiritual practice that supports both individual and collective evolution;

• Offer their presence, gifts, and participation for the benefit of the whole, in accordance with their capacities and inner guidance;

• Take responsibility for their own energy and conduct and be willing to humbly own their stuff when in conflict or misunderstanding;

• Commit to processes of reconciliation and repair, approaching others with honesty, compassion, and a sincere intention to restore trust and unity;

• Uphold the values of integrity, compassion, and shared stewardship, co-creating a culture of mutual respect and spiritual empowerment.

In this way, LOVEvolution Fellowship becomes a sanctuary not only of healing and awakening but of conscious co-creation, where responsibility, service, and reconciliation are embraced as sacred acts of love and devotion.

Article VII – Structure & Governance

This fellowship shall be governed by principles of collective leadership, transparency, and service.

Decisions shall be made with prayerful discernment, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Financial resources will be managed with integrity and used to further our purpose and outreach.

As an unincorporated church, LOVEvolution Fellowship shall operate as a faith-based assembly with a spiritual pastor(s) and an Advisory Council/Board of Stewards for guidance and decision-making.

Article VIII – Dissolution Clause

Should LOVEvolution Fellowship dissolve, all assets shall be distributed for religious or charitable purposes in alignment with our mission.
