We’ll begin by sharing a community potluck at 5pm, honoring the spirit of gathering around food and connection. As the sun dips behind the mountains, we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey at 7pm, supported by soundscapes designed to carry you deeper into your body, heart, and soul.
This experience is about more than breath—it’s about aligning with your inner wisdom, harmonizing with nature, and remembering the quantum connection we share with all life.
